Tada! Wonderful pumpkin pies!
We had all these little pumpkins that someone had given us and we used some for decoration and I had this thought to make pies with them. We shelled them out and filled them and put the crust on top and voila! they turned out great and were a hit!
The red velvet cheesecake turned out great as well.
7 layer salad, CA version. I added local olives on top

We decided to make Turkeys for everybody's table settings. It was fun. I had seen these at a the kids school and had figured out how to make them.
They are really cute!
