Welcome to the Carter blog. There once were 5 of us, then we grew to 11, then 14 for a short period and now are about to be 12. Some may say we are actually ONE EGG SHORT OF A DOZEN for choosing to have a large family. We hurt and cry and sometimes yell but then again we laugh, forgive, and have fun much more! I have been following your blog for over a year now. How exciting to have almost completed your adoptions.
After reading about the baby with CP, I have a few ideas. My friend has adopted five children through a ministry called The Shepherd's Crook Ministries. This ministry posts the bios of children with special needs from around the world all in one place for families who are open to a special needs adoption. The website is: www.theshepherdscrook.org. Also there is an orphanage in Jinja called Amani Baby Cottage that has a nurse on staff. I don't know if they have room, but it would be worth contacting them.
