Marcy, Duane's sister comes to visit

As we wait to hear word from Uganda, we go about our daily life with the hope that this will be the day we hear that a miracle has happened our way. In a way, this blog actually helps me keep my sanity some days as I focus on what else is going on around here. There is no time to sit around and mope so we tackle each day with joy and hope in the Lord. One of the times we look forward to is when Marcy, Duane's sister comes to town. She isn't able to get down here as much as she used to but we are happy when she comes. Now, We have our little nephew/cousin Carter who comes along with her and he really doesn't know what to think about all of us. He still is not too fond of me but I'll win him around sooner or later.

Ok, Nathaniel thinks he is Mr. Cool. He found this suit at Goodwill for under $10 . His home school Co-op Government class is going to our Capitol to a camp in the spring and he had to have a suit. We prayed he'd find one that fit, because a new suit is not in our budget.

Carter is letting me hold him and not crying. That is a good start.
