Graduation Video!

Four of our kids, Ben, Nathaniel, Seora and Maggie, graduated from high school Friday, June 25th. I have been homeschooling them for the last 5 years and it surely was a great night! I made this video to celebrate their lives. They have come a long a way to this day and I wanted to show them that I loved them.

Andi Bachi Calls

I am having to back up as I am behind on blogging the events of our family.
On March 11, 2009, the girls got a surprise call from the UK. It was Andi Bachi from Romania. Andi was a great guy in Romania who was one of the kids caretakers. He had moved to the UK to get a job to support his family after they shut down the orphanage in Cristuru. We have kept up with him on occasion by email and The girls had been instant messaging him recently. That made their day.

Maggie's Birthday!

My Maggie Turned 16 today! She opened a couple of presents in the morning then Nana and Papa came over to have dinner with us. I always let the kids pick the menu for their birthday so Maggie
chose her favorites,
Jambalaya with sausage and shrimp,
Salad,
Broccoli,
rolls
Three Muskateers, Coffee ice cream pie
Praline Pecan, Caramel ice cream pie

She decided to hold off on her Big 16 party til we got warmer weather.
